The focus of this CoP

The Aim of YHM campaign is to raise the public awareness of Youth Homelessness in Australia. It is intended to be a forum for sharing ideas, stories, resources and advertising events relating to the YHM campaign.

How to join

This CoP is open to anyone interested in getting involved and breaking the cycle of youth homelessness. To join you must first Register with the Clearinghouse.
